Don't know why this book's getting so much hate. The Mindvalley promotion has gone slightly overboard, but the content is not that bad. Definitely a transformational book which pushed my set up a Life Plan excel document. I can say with conviction, that I'm left better off after reading this book.
Woaw. Alors une telle claque ça faisait pas mal de temps. J'ai commencé ce livre en me disant qu'il allait aborder des conseils assez classiques du développement personnel et j'ai été extrêmement et agréablement surpris. Vishen offre des perles de sagesse immenses et m'a fait ouvrir les yeux sur énormément de failles dans mon comportement, mes décisions et mes choix, mais donne aussi de vrais outils pour s'attaquer à ces problèmes et évoluer. Un livre à mettre entre toutes les mains au plus vite tellement il a énormément à apporter.
