Good setting, good characters, and a bit of surprise

I like the coastal town. I like the restaurant and the recipes. I like a couple characters. The others are still a bit muddled. I thought I had the answer figured out, then changed my mind a couple times. As it turns out, I was right the first time. And it was a good creative solution! I will be checking out more in this series.
