The Flight of the Silvers

Generally I'm not a big fan of sci fi, but I gave this book a shot because my book club read it. I really enjoyed it! The story was intriguing, there wasn't a lot of complex made up language that some sci fi has,and there was a diverse group of characters. I do have to say the Given sisters annoyed the hell out of me though. I feel like Price didn't know how to write women characters and went for the bimbo stereotype.
My favorite character is a tie between David and Mia. Book two is called The Orphans so I hope it focuses more on them than the Given sisters.
