The Future

The Future is a wonderful book of ideas from Naomi Alderman. As the world crumbles, everyone's worst fears are realised as the mega rich make plans for survival which don't include the rest of the population. I found myself nodding in agreement at a lot of the points made about our crumbling society while staying engaged with the thriller storyline.
