This was my first book of this author, and I absolutely adored it. It was such an amazing experience, a roller-coaster of twists in such a suspenseful book. There were so many shocking surprises through the story I could not predicted the way it was going to end which was great since I really like a good thriller. We follow Hannah and Max marriage that has been strained for months and there's a woman found dead in the nearby hotel and Hannah finds a key for the same hotel room in Max's pocket. It was so fast paced and intense it was brilliant. The twists and the revelations that we got for every direction made it such a tense reading. One moment I was thinking Max did it and the next was like Hannah did it? I couldn't figure it out. I highly recommend it to everyone that as me, enjoy a good psychological thriller that makes you doubt your own shadow and not see the ending. It was a page-turner I could not stop reading it and finished in the same day I started it.I'm now a fan of the author and I'm keeping a close eye in the next books and I'm reading her previous ones. Thank you, Bookouture & NetGalley, for approving me to read this arc and write this review.
