The Girl with All the Gifts

Been stuck for last month or so ... nothing was appealing to me as reading material. The Girl with All the Gifts broke the slump. The book begins slowly with the question in the reader's mind: “What is going on here?”

As you put the pieces together - you begin to connect to the characters of Melanie and Miss Justineau. The journey through a dystopian Britain kept me turning the pages until I came to the satisfying ending.
