A very interesting overview and grounded view of the real ways governments use hacking.
The idea of cyber war and cyber sabotage has always fascinated me, so this book was eye-opening: It contained a historic recount of when states have attempted it and why it's been never as flashy and useful as we imagined.
Highly recommend to anyone interested in the topic and wants to know the strength and weaknesses of cyber weapons and their current use in geopolitics.
