The Horsemaster's Daughter

I just cannot connect with Eliza or Hunter. I felt bad for him in the first book, and thought maybe his redemption would be interesting, but so far it is a no go for me. Sorry. Also, waaaaay too much stuff with the horses, and I am not really that interested in them.
