That is the opportunity Jazz receives as she comes across so many barriers to get her younger brother out of foster care. The only catch is she has to kill a stranger. Of course it becomes much more complicated than that and Jazz becomes a part of something so much bigger than herself. This was such a fast paced and wild ride of a book. Heard puts you in a story with people having to make really difficult decisions for the ones that they love. I think I have a new author I will be keeping an eye on. At this point I have to read her debut to catch up on her work! Also ITS SAPPHIC.
