The Lost Supper

The author had some great information about many foods that we possibly should be including in our diets, as well as how some have become almost extinct. The book was mostly engaging, but I dropped one star because he just went a little too far on each topic. The book was too long. I did like how he engaged his family in the story and taste tests.
