Very informative. Lots of detail. And it really made me think that there isn't much new in the world. The news takes a crime and just keeps hammering us with details to the point that the actual punishment of the crime and even the crime itself becomes a sideshow.
There were a ton of characters, so it was hard to keep up with some of them. Of course this may have been an issue because I listened to the audio book. Maybe if I read it, it wouldn't have been so many different people to keep up with.
Overall, an interesting period of time in the history of New York City, journalism, and criminal justice system to learn about.
