The Nearly Departed

Yassss, a worthy sequel to the first installment! :D
I really enjoyed reading this and I really like the characters Lilly and Quincey! (And that says a lot since I usually dislike the main characters in a book xD). This book definitely doesn't have the famous ‘second-book-syndrome', which is great and refreshing to see. ;)

I really enjoyed where the book picked up and how we got to join Lilly and Quincey on their quest where they meet new allies (and foes). Again, it's a story full of banter between the characters which leads to hilarious conversations. I was immediatly sucked back in the world. Nick's writing style is really pleasant and I could read it forever.

I definitely recommend this book (after you've read the first one, please do, you won't regret it!) Be warned though, it could get a bit creepy (but that's so well done).
