I was a little unsure on this at first as I found the main character a bit bratty and her constantly repeating her insecurities was a bit annoying but that didn't last long. By the end I was really connected to the characters and enjoyed the resolution. Looking forward to Justine's book now!
Scarlet couldn't get away from Polson Falls fast enough once she graduated high school. Now, twelve years later, she's moving back. As if her childhood wasn't stigma enough to be wary of on her return...she finds out that her neighbor is none other than Shane Beckett. He's the guy who broke her heart and shattered it into a thousand pieces when she was seventeen. How is she going to handle him as her neighbor? And why does he have to look so hot??!!
Ok that was a fun way to start off February!
Not my favorite KA Tucker, but I was entertained. It checks the boxes for romance, but it's nothing I haven't read before. Not something I'll pick up again.
