Nothing revolutionary here, but I liked the exercise he put at the end of each chapter.
Very nice book.
Jot down the points which you can experiment in your life and work.
The best thing is that the author is giving us filtered tips and techniques to improve our productivity.
It's a little bit of a grindset book, but it does teach about mindfulness and regaining control of your focus, which is a good advice if you haven't already listened to it 100 times before
