The first time I read this I gave it 3 stars (before I actually took some time to actually review the books on this site) and that rating stays the same. It wasn't horrible. I didn't hate it but there were certainly some things i didn't like. One thing is that it was way too long. Yes, any KA fan knows some of her books can get crazy long but she's good with filling in all that time so it isn't a problem. Not so much with this one. Just too much of nothing in too many pages. It also didn't help that I loved the ones that came before this one. Maybe reading this one first and having the others follow would have made it better because this would have been the starting point..but the fact that it's the end and FINALLY Benny and Frankie's story made it that much more meh. Don't get me wrong..it's not a crap book. IT's okay...but i wanted more than okay from this book, these characters and KA.
They all really needed to grovel more to Frankie...
