The Purgatorium

I ended up getting this book because Ben from Benjaminoftomes recommended it on his channel. I tend to love anything he recommends and this was no exception. I really enjoyed this book. It was fast paced and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The character development for Daphne was astounding. There is a major change for this character from who she was at the beginning and who she is at the end. I was on the edge of my seat throughout the entire book. I really enjoyed the romance but there were a couple parts at the end where what was happening just didn't really seem to fit. I guess you could say it was appropriate in that part of the story. Also I feel like at the beginning where Daphne kept saying that the people seemed like actors could have been left out. I don't know what it is about those lines but it just made it feel I guess less believable. I know I probably don't make any sense. Anyways I really liked this book and I can't wait to continue on with this series.
