Doris is 96, and she lives alone in her apartment in Stockholm. It's her weekly Skype visits with her great-niece, Jenny, that keep her going; she hasn't much in her life other than that. Doris has an old red address book given to her by her father when she was a child. As she looks over the names in the address book, she remembers the stories of the people she loved, and Doris begins to write the stories down.
It's a book designed to alternately warm your heart and make you cry, but it's somehow perfect for this odd time we call 2020.
