Moth and Ray have lost their home. They have no money. And Moth is very sick, with a bad prognosis.

What do they do next?

They obtain a tent and sleeping bags, and off they go, walking, walking, walking, down the Salt Path.

I loved this memoir of their day-to-day life on the path—walking, getting soaked, their difficulties finding a place to put up a tent, the hostility from others when their admitted they were homeless, their problems getting water and food.

I look forward to reading the next part of their story.

And now I find myself leaving granola bars in my Little Free Library for any homeless folks who might pass by.
