The Tin Can Crucible

This book was so different from my usual reads, and again, if it weren't for the fact that it became available on The Pigeonhole app I probably wouldn't have read it.

It was such a fascinating and informative read, providing a real insight into Papua New Guinea and the culture/way of life of its people. It was also thought provoking and raised some interesting questions especially in terms of how different the thinking is between them and the western world.

The writing was beautifully done and it really made you feel like you were actually there.
