The Tournament

Why O why Mr.Reilly. Were the expectations so high that you had to take a different route? If so why this one? This book is so far off the Matt Reilly path that I am wondering if its even written by him. This book is so slow where his are normally fast. The characters are simplistic where they are normally intriguing. There is badly written sex which has been non existent before. There is a firmly disappointed fan where there was a fanatic before. Will the real Matthew please stand up?
