Brilliant visuals and the story was easy to follow. Not much of a comic girl, but it was a fun read.
The TV show deviates a lot, for obvious reasons, and fleshes out the academy members more.
I guess I feel the same way about these comics as I did about the show, which is that I can't quite tell if I enjoy them or not but I feel compelled to continue on with them? I think this volume did flesh out the characters a bit more than the first one but I still think the comics are much more plot-oriented than the show is, which isn't my personal fave thing? idk idk. The art continues to be appropriately weird and cool. Still waiting for #JUSTICE4VANYA.
