The Wedding Bed

Man I dunno the comments about the lead character's skin color made me uncomfortable as all hell but I also hate when brown people are referred to as mahogany? Might just be me as a POC. Anyway it wasn't badly written but... there are some parts I couldn't get over and found myself rolling my eyes a lot. I'll try the next book in the series. Maybe I'll be less annoyed if they're both just regular white people and I don't have to be on edge about the story.

Also the mystery in this book? Solved in one paragraph. I legit laughed out loud.
