4.25/5 stars. This book should honestly be made into a TV series, because that's how it reads. Which leads me into the pros and cons-
Pros:
-The world is really well developed, the magic system is fun, and the characters are extremely likable
-It reads like a tv show. Each chapter feels like a scene from different characters' perspective
Cons:
-Because it reads like a TV show where it's constantly changing character perspectives, it can be a bit jarring. It takes a while to fully understand everyone's role and sometimes minor characters will have a chapter and it takes a second to remember who they are in the storyline
But with all that being said, this book is amazing and I can't wait to read the rest of the series and the Street Rats series
