While the book did meander and rely heavily on well-research statistics, I did find that it raised a lot of interesting points and made me think more conscientiously about my screen-time.
I wish there had been more analysis at the end of the book about what happened six months after “the experiment” since it ended on a media binge that seemed to be so counter-productive. I felt like it left off the moral of the story.
Overall, I found that I am much more aware of all the beeps, blips and constant electronic noise in my life and how it may be taking away from more visceral experiences.
