I loved this book. It made me laugh, cry and cringe. I gained so much insight on Tourette's syndrome and I have si much more respect for the challenge the disease poses to those affected. I felt so much compassion for Joshua I'd be moved to tears at times. I'm LDS and was worried it would paint Mormons in a poor light, but I actually think it did a descent job of being realistic. It looks at the doubts that come up in the face of adversity. I loved how Joshua kept looking for solutions to his challenges. I loved the humorous tails from the library. I did feel that the ending left me hanging I needed more of a resolution.
