I find some of trends in contemporary British literature to be sort of depressing, despite the sense of humour. However‰ЫУand however much I failed to identify with the main character‰ЫУI enjoyed this book. I didn‰ЫЄt find out about this dude and book the way most people did, i.e. through the website of the same title or at a bookstore, but through The Weekly, in which the author was (is?) involved, and which I admire to nearly no end anywhere. I was meaning to read the book for a long time, and then I saw it at the library the other day and what do you know, now it‰ЫЄs on the ‰ЫПready to go back to the library now‰Ыќ pile.
