This Close to Okay

The ending... Nope. Also, odd writing style at times (like separating paragraphs with ~ when there was no need). I didn't hate it but it didn't live up to the potential at all, and I found it pretty far fetched. Pacing was also all over the place from the beginning section to the end bit.
