Gorgeously written. I feel honored to be able to experience such a heartfelt glimpse into the Palestinian experience. Despite this book's importance as an artform that cries out over wanton loss, and death, genocide, and imperialism, I felt that as a book, it had too many named characters that are only mentioned once so the plot would get needlessly confusing.
