Trapped

She woke up with no clue who she was and told she was in medical facility having been beaten almost to death by magical beings. The problems began when she tried to leave her room and realized they locked her in.

She finally remembered her name was Lily Snow. Some memories came back in bits and spurts. She seemed to be missing about ten years of her life. She was trapped in what she was told was a medical facility. Being constantly examined and questioned about who she was and what she might remember.

What she is remembering might get her killed though. So might the ghost she is seeing who is talking to her. Or the fact that she is pregnant and hiding it...with magic.

L.C. Mawson kicks off the “Freya Snow” and “Snowverse” series with a prequel that has so many mysteries Trapped (2016) in a room it can make your head spin. I love it! So I am going to give some hints away. There are two different men involved. Two queens and no I do not mean men in that context. A war. A place off of Earth. Plus the novella ends on a death defying cliffhanger. Breathless.
