Why do I keep reading this author??

This one wasn't very good. Seriously, the heroine's friend drops her off at work and mentions that her boss is HOT. To which the heroine replies “Ya, but he is an asshole” Literally 5 minutes later her boss is saying “you are working privately with me today” they go off to work and within minutes are GETTING IT ON.

Honestly, I thought I was missing a few chapters the escalation in the relationship gave me whiplash. lol
