Unmarriageable

This is a spin-off of “Pride and prejudice” but takes place in Pakistan with characters that are a bit more eccentric than the original. What it may be shocking to you is to find that the values that Jane Austen stands by are lost in this book and it has cursing in this book, things that I do not value in a book. Obviously the author tries to stay true to the Pakistani culture -which I'm okay with, have Pakistani friends and brother-in-law - but this could have been done without going to such extremes. If you want to have a spin-off “Pride and prejudice” that stays truer to the original author's principles, you may want to look further.
