Probably my least favorite in the series. Not because it's bad, but because it centers on a character I never really connected with, and this story didn't do much to change that. The nice thing about this series, though, is that you can read a book that doesn't quite hit and immediately follow it up with one you absolutely love.

Unfortunately, I've now caught up to the series and will have to wait until the next release to see if I do, in fact, follow it up with a winnner.

Oh my heart! This book was beautiful and heartbreaking and heartwarming just like so many other books in this series. I am constantly impressed by the way that McGuire creates new and compelling world that fit these characters so perfectly. I now want to go back and reread the first few books, so I can relive all the other scenes with Nadya. This is definitely one of my favorites.
