Up at Killen's Corner

What a touching story! I cried towards the end. Having visited those places, stood on the same pier and been buffeted by the same breeze, having shared the same geo-physical reality with this child (albeit 50 years later), it was a wild ride of emotions. This book is proof that the physical geography of the land is mirrored in the actions and emotions of the people who live in it. Loved it, and will always treasure it.
