I'll miss you, guys.Es tan difícil de una historia que te acompañó tanto tiempo, el último libro me gustó pero no me satisfizo como esperaba.En Up From the Grave encontramos todo lo que nos hizo enamorarnos de la serie: risas, acción, lo hot, Bones, Cat Badass, Ian descarado, recurren también a personajes pasados, se descubren un montón de cosas de las cuales no teníamos sospechas. Solo que yo cometí un error, la serie Night Huntress tiene un spin-off, los libros se leen por orden de publicación y lo leí en desorden,Twice Tempted viene primero, y me spoileo un poquito, no tanto como pensé pero igual hizo que mi ánimo en la lectura bajara un poco. Ya saben ¡léanlo en orden!Hablando ya concretamente en la trama de este último libro, y aquí dónde viene el spoiler si no leíste este último libro, es que se me hizo un poco... No sé como definirlo, pero el que a Cat le sacaran una hija, si bien prueba otra de las bombas que suelta el libro, no me convenció del todo. Disfruté leyendo, experimentando esta nueva etapa maternal de Cat, es solo que creo que ya me había hecho a la idea de Cat, Bones y su gato. Wow....

There was a lot in this book I just can't bring myself to really like– and there is more that I'll accept even if it seems way out there. Seriously? Tate as the dad?? The guy that loved her for like 5 books and now they have a kid together, yet Bones and Tate are going to be chill? Oh hell no. Unless this is Bones as a new man and not the jealous vampire *rolls eyes* Also, ugh of course a kid... even though I thought half-vampires couldn't have children.... guess I am remembering the series wrong. And WOW, Bones' powers have multiplied-- miraculously! right.... ALSO WTF VLAD! He is one of Cat's BFFs and he isn't on the cliff or 'in' on this secret (that we know of)? I know he is busy with his own shit, but COME ON!

So, besides all that, I really enjoyed it. I'm sure this will only be a brief respite for them... give or take 50 years, before they have to fight again or their secrets come to light, but everyone needs a break from fighting once in a while. I'm sure they'll get bored eventually hahaha.

I guess, I might be alone here, but I liked how there was less sex in this one, but more solid relationship between Cat and Bones... except, well... that one scene but whatever right? The story must have ups and downs.

I will never forget Cat and Bones.
I will love this story forever.
