This is Sophie Blue's debut novel and it is an enjoyable, quick, fun read. I liked the witty banter between the characters. It deals with a subject that I think is close to a lot of people's hearts, weight and how we see ourselves. I thought it was handled really well, hat tip to Sophie for treating the subject tenderly whilst delivering the message that everyone is deserving of love.
Liam and Chloe are so cute together. Their attraction is instant, watching them fall in love was heart melting and the conflict is easily and quickly resolved, I actually liked that because it shows that a little communication can go a long way. I would have liked it to be a little longer, but that's the joy of a good book.
I felt some things were a little repetitive and that was noticeable, especially in a short book. However, it didn't detract from the story enough to damage it. I will definitely be preordering Kyle's book. I'm intrigued by him, for sure.
