Weird Things Customers Say in Bookstores

OMG. Moments of hilarity, but also flashbacks to every aggravating customer service/retail interaction I ever had. Humanity can be charming and silly, but also incredibly  tactless and entitled. The customer is NOT always right. 🤦🏼‍♂️
