I picked this up on a whim (it was on sale at Target, and I was in the mood for a new book) based on the synopsis on the inside cover. I am so glad I did. When I got to about the 4th or 5th page I was totally sucked in to the story. The writing is a little “flowery” and overly verbose at times, and the flashback portions started to get annoying after a while, but the actual current storyline is fantastic. It was one of those “un-put-downable” type of books. I highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys a good mystery or thriller.
