Writing into the Wound

as always, Roxane Gay's writing is incredible. i admire her vulnerability, even though she makes it clear it is a difficult, anxiety-inducing thing for her to do. i much preferred the first 90%ish of this essay versus the last bit that was focused on COVID & Trump, but still really enjoyed listening to this!
