This is an inspiring read. First I should say about the blurb, in it I can see the names Trisha, Aditya, Meetu, Varun and Daskshit and the blurb paragraph mentions about four and I wondered who will be this 5th character and when his entry will be.

Aditya was a charming person who made everyone around him smile and try to make people around him happy. I love the friendship between Trisha, Meetu, Aditya and Varun.

Trisha is a cancer patient who moved from Dalhousie to Delhi with her father for her treatment. She meets Aditya in the cancer ward OP and people waiting to visit the doctor played a whisper game which made everyone smile who were sad thinking about disease and their existence. Trisha thought she would die someday soon but Aditya gave her confidence that she will live a long life. Aditya with Varun and Meetu started a chemo group where they were given some tasks to make Trisha feel happy and smile. I loved those tasks too. But, Aditya disappeared after moving to Siachen for his duty, he was an army officer. When Trisha tries to move on after four years of his disappearance and accepts the love of Daskshit, Aditya enters back in her life. The next six years is a story to be read and to know who she loves and who she lives with and how love can change the people around and give strength to survive.

I loved that the novel was written back and forth with current and past events and I was very eager to know what happens next. The writing style was so simple. I was imagining the characters while reading and enjoyed reading till the end.
