This was everything I am looking for in a good book; page turner, queer, mysterious, with a good twist.

What the fuck did I just read? I think I need to sit with this book a while. Did I hate it? No. Did I like it? I don't know... I was compelled to keep going but also I was disgusted. lol

Absolutely brilliant, entertaining, and unhinged! I had so much fun reading this. I anticipate that this will be my favorite book I read this year. I can't wait what Yoder comes up with next!

OMG. I was unsure whether I would like this because I'm not big fan of romance books, but it was so much more. Now I want to read only about bisexual polyamorous vampires.

This is my first book by Morrison. I rarely read books again, but I think I want to come back to this book and read it again. English is not my first language, and therefore, maybe I could not get the nuances of this book. As there were some parts that were bit hard to understand for me, 2/3 of the book I was bit bored, and then it got better until the end. However, I can really see that this book was significant of it's time and I really loved the social commentary on women & sexuality, and the dialogues between Sula and other characters.
