I met Chris at a writers conference years ago. Awesome guy and equally awesome writer. This is a fun read.

I must confess, the movie was better but the book was a close second.

Maybe I need to read this again. Sometimes I’m not in the right frame of mind. But my first go around fell flat.

About as perfect as it gets. Some of the best writing and storytelling I’ve read in a long time. The miniseries kicks ass too.

I liked it better when I read it the second time around. Maybe it’s because I knew the characters. Maybe the wine helped???

An absolute adorable book. I need to read this again.

Beautiful written. I try to read it once a year.

The ultimate classic. Enjoy!!!

Pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Well written with believable characters.

Renee is a wonderful writer. She loves the people she creates and it shows.

My favorite Clive Barker book. Full of heart and love, which is unusual for Clive.

One of my all time favorites. A wonderful plot, fast paced. Told during the heart of World War II.

Ray Bradbury has an interesting mind and this book is proof. His stories are not for everyone. Be warned.

An interesting way to write a novel. Told through letters. Jessica did a great job. A well written story.

All of Brown’s books are interesting. This one was fast paced. The writing can at times be cringe worthy but we love you, Dan. We’ll forgive you.

Dan is in his element. I can tell he had fun with this.

A great detective story told by the master. I loved it!

Read it for the entertainment not for the quality of the writing.

So much potential. Why didn’t you stay on the beaten path, Stephen? You went down way too many rabbit holes and ruined a great idea.

Holly is a super star. King is back!!!

Get ready for hell in a hand basket.

A great read if you’re having a bad mental day or week. It’s not going to help your cause but the entertainment value is worth it.

I dare say, the movie is better. But the book is great. Yes, our boy King goes off the beaten path but we’re used to it. This is a classic. A must read for King fans.

It took me a while to love this book. I think the first time I read it I wasn’t smart enough. Thankfully I matured and discovered the brilliance. This is a powerful read told by two masters of the game.

Weird, wild and uncomfortable. The kind of feeling I might have if I picked up a hitchhiker at two in the morning. And no, I don’t plan on doing that, but I do need to read this again.
