Okay so i have previously DNF'd this book and just couldn't get into this book but gave it a second chance and beyond glad I gave it a second whirl. It had a modern twist on sirens and black lives matters and just a important topic. the audiobook was really good and definitely recommend this modern twist. For me its all about mood reading but now I see the brilliant work of this book and am glad I gave it a second chance and read all the way through. there are some parts where I thought were a bit slow but overall good and creative to drive home a important topic.
