Family Lore

Acevedo is an incredible storyteller! This is the third plus book I've read of this author and her characters and way to guide the reader through her stories are just so good. Loved this one as much as clap when you land and poet x. Definitely recommend this one.

In Pieces

Wrote a review for

I have learned reading memoirs and autobiographies that no matter if you are rich poor or in between everyone is living through a battle or war that no one knows anything about. WOW what a story. I have so much respect for sally fields for craft of acting etc and now knowing her story which was absolutely sad and impactful I just am in awe with how strong and powerful of woman she is.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame

A classic that has been on my list. Glad I own it because it was good. Was confused by the formatting of the book not being in parts but in "books" so it felt like completing multiple books instead of just one. narrator for this audiobook was pretty animated LOL .
