If this was a stand alone book I would not be happy, but I feel like I could see myself appreciating it more as I continue the series.

I really enjoyed it. It has flaws, coming from The Martian, the dialogue and character interactions can feel cheesy, but by the end I think they turned to charming. I liked the world building and plot a lot!

Loved the beginning, then the middle through end I thought had plenty of exciting moments and high points but the premise of that section I did not enjoy.

I wish there was more, I didn’t like watching my progress get closer to 100%

I enjoyed this a lot but it felt clear that I was reading a funny book that was an inspiration to a lot of other media I have enjoyed, leading to few of the jokes feeling original. Which is a shame because this is likely where a lot of those jokes originated.
