If you want an ending that’ll literally leave you staring at a wall in silence, this is it. Madeline Taylor really went for the throat with this one. We’ve got a Shadow Daddy Reaper whose touch is lethal (yes, please) and a wraith FMC who is every bit as powerful as she is ethereal. It’s the ultimate "touch her and you’re deleted" trope. This is fast-paced, spicy, and basically a Romantasy fever dream that won't let go. 10/10 would let this book put me in a chokehold again
