Super strong start, great writing, I think it just needed a bit of fine tuning in the last 25%. The information was provided all at once. Overall I'll definitely be looking out for more from this author.

Characters did not pull me in, plot all over the place and underdeveloped. Very unlike Isabel Allende

This was so perfectly creepy. I was listening to the audiobook at work and literally JUMPED when someone came up to me to ask me a question. This was hard to read at times but very well done and I'm excited to dive into Stephen King a bit more.

Honestly 4.5 stars rounded up just because this was so entertaining and had the perfect amount of plot twists.

I could NOT stop reading this. There are a LOT of POV switches especially in the beginning which i found hard to follow, the book was a bit darker than I expected (which wasn't necessarily a a bad thing), but Jenna's constant back and forth on her conclusions annoyed me a lot by the end.

Still very good and very entertaining read.

3.5 rated as a thriller that kept me incredibly engaged.

Romance? Not so much
