The opening chapters focusing on the present me laugh so hard I had tears. The main female character felt like one of my friends and had very similar experiences in the outdoors, totally relatable!!!

A quick pick me up feel good, with some spice!

Some of the emotional pieces from the heroine feel choppy. Banter and spive is done well.

characters are good story was choppy too much of a rush left at the end.

The world building has the reader off to a slow start but the last 35 % of the book was excellent in terms of story. The main female lead was a bit annoying for first half of the book, with too many sentences ended with questions.

Funny, good build up of story/characters, and a few twists.

The story flows, it's funny and cute. Enjoyed how real history was included.
