My love for the musical is keeping me from giving this a lower rating. Not the best book but also not the worst.

Was loving it until the love interest starts acting like a horrible person.

I had multiple problems with this book but altogether it wasn't that bad. I will at least give the second book a try to see if I continue with the series or not.

The art is beautiful and the story was good for what it was.

For what it was, it was enjoyable. Part of me does wish that this had been a full book of its own though.

I enjoyed this book but didn't love it. Part of that is probably because I haven't read anything from this series in years.

I loved this more than I thought I would. Like I said earlier the format works really well in audiobook form.

That twist at the end was the absolute best. I was only planning on giving the book a four star rating until I read that part.

The art was beautiful but sadly the writing was not.

I absolutely loved this. River is my favorite character besides the doctor so of course, I would love this. All of the stories were great but there was definitely some ones that stood out.

Loved it. Felt it was better than the last one.

I thought I might not love this as much as I used to but I need not have worried. I loved it just as much as I did the first couple times.

Too long/dry and did not like narrator. 

Read about half in high school for a class and liked what I read. I don't plan to pick the book back up though and finish it. I am just rating it here and marking it as read to get it off my to be read shelf.

May finish in the future but currently have no interest in doing so. I got sucked in by a gorgeous cover (1984 Avon Flare Paperback) and a great review by a favorite booktuber. I started reading it even though I usually never enjoy books when they deal with grief in a non-fantasy setting.
