This is my fist ever ARC and boy was I excited to get it. Wasnt sure what to think of the book more then it sounds good and its unique. I have found lately that all young adult books have the same flow to them and i cant stand a book like that so I figured what the hay ill try it. Im glad i did it was awesome. Its the start of a trilogy and i can totally see this becoming a bestselling set at that. It was very unique in its plot and characters, the development was at the right pace, didnt rush through the details or stretch them out needlessly. The book had a great flow and became a page turner for me. I am sure that Ms. Archer will have a great fanbase on her hands after this book is realeased :)
This is the second book in the stephanie plum series. I had read the first one some time back so i got this one to see what all the hype was about. It was great!!!!!! I hear all this talk about Ranger in my groups but noooooooo id have to say morelli is more my speed :) and grandma mazur is just toooo funny. Stephanie couldnt get herself in more predictaments if she tried. I loved this book and love this series
Weetzie Bat by Francesca Lia Block was a good book. I wasnt sure about it but had read it was a cute story in some of my groups. I decided to try it. It was a cute and quick read. I read the whole book in one night. I would recommend this one to anyone who needs a little pick me up after reading some tough books.
Sex, Drugs and Cocoa Puffs by Chuck Klosterman seemed to be a good book. Its a good idea but it was just a major rant. And of nothing in particular either lol. What ever popped in his head at the time he was writing is what he ranted about. Couldnt stand it, sounded like a kid whining the whole time i was reading it
This was a quick read offering the reader a great escape into a magical world for a while. I really enjoyed reading this story and Kat was a fun character that made me look forward to reading more in the series.
Here I was thinking this was going to be a feel-good Christmas story! Boy, was I wrong, and for the best reasons. I really enjoyed this story and the family it followed. It's not every story that takes a look at the multiple background stories while maintaining a focus on the main character.
I laughed, cried, cringed, and blushed while enjoying the very well thought out storyline. I'm hopeful one day to see a sequel to this book.
