I cant believe what people would do to kids ecspecially newborns!!!!! i read this in one setting and will def. read more of her books!
Another great find by my bff Amy!!!!
This was kind of a weird book. It started out really fast and with no wait on the suspense so I was sure that it was going to stall out in the end. I am glad to report that I was totally wrong. It kept me turning the pages all the way through to the end. Lee even had the side storylines well worked out.
I can kind of compare it to a subdued Stephanie Plum series. Lee definitely is going to get Janet Evanovich a run for her money. A must read for all mystery fans.
A good book. A light and quick read. Alexa Hoffman is a character that you can relate to if you have ever tried to figure out what you want to do with your life. The book got into a couple of small parts that kinda dragged by but all in all a good book. I wasnt too thrilled with it but it was a funny and light book just what i needed then.
A good/great book. I love the writing in this book and was wavering between giving it a 3 or 4 rating. However about half way through the book it definatley picked up and began to become a non stop page turner. I never would have guessed the killer however i'm still not sure if I like the ending but that's ok lol. It was a weird book in that aspect however i will continue on in the series to see what happens later on with Kate and in her life
Another great book from Sarah Stohmeyer! I read this one very quickly a definate page turner. I laughed, screamed, and was irritated all at the same time lol. Bubbles is really a character that you can relate to if you are a mother. Her daughter is a total teenager that you want to strangle sometimes lol. This series is really a must read for anyone that likes mysteries or comedies.
Her sister's secret, as with most the Super Romance books, was a quick fluff read. It was a very cute story and I love the characters, however it was very deliberate in the writing and you so know where the story is going to go. There were some twists in the story that were shocking but all in all a quick read for the beach
Ember, Ivy, Orin oh my!!! What an action packed book. Anytime that I thought I knew what was happening things would swing a totally unexpected way. The twists and turns keep me turning the pages and not able to put the book down. The character development was amazing in this book not only with the main characters but we find out and see more of the supporting characters. Another great installment in the Fins & Fangs series.
New Finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Iron and Aqua by Amy McNulty. The 3rd book in the Fins and Fangs series.
Another great book for fins and fangs ... a twist that I never saw coming but was secretly hoping it would. I little fairy magic added in to this book had me devouring the book every chance I got. Amy McNulty has found the right level of character development arcs and story arcs to keep the series interesting and the reader wanting more.
The third book in this series is by far my favorite so far. We have gotten to know the community of Luna Lane and we all have our favorites but then a twist comes out of nowhere and then another and another to keep you page turning through to the end.
I laughed, gasped, was happy, scared, and laughing all throughout this book. I can not wait to read the next installment of the Spooky Games Club series.
What a great debut novel from the author. Lots of twists and turns are among the chapters that keep you turning the page. I enjoyed the world building the most in this book, I really want to visit Andwaar.
4th installment and by far my favorite. The action is packed into the pages and the emotions go on a roller coaster from the first page to the last.. The last half of the book seemed to fly by as the story progressed quick enough to keep my attention but still gave me enough detail that had my. Ugly crying at the end. Tears were shed for happiness and sadness in this book. The title was very fitting for this one for sure.
As a divorced woman, these poems hit home. I enjoyed reading these as it shows me I'm not alone, there are other women out there going through the same feelings I am .... and Pushing 50 ...... hit home hard
Wow, what a ride!
Josie's Thorn was a book from a new to me author and what a wild ride Lisa Vandiver sent me on. Reading the blurb, I thought I knew what I was getting into but several times the ride took a unexpected turn and had me guessing about several different storylines until the truth finally came out. I laughed, gasped, and cried as I followed Josie's journey in a life she never thought she could have. Amazing character development, as you can't help but fall in love with some and hate others, then you possibly find your mistrust misguided as well.
Can not wait to read the next in the series upon release.
TI EVOL! I really enjoyed this new to me series by Amy McNulty. A paranormal town living in the middle of the “real world”. Each little sector of the magical world has their own story and it intertwines in this town perfectly. The spin of non-paranormal was a fun twist that I really enjoyed.
The story moved at a nice pace as we learned about the town and the characters. The twist then happens when they figure out what is going on and who's is at fault. I really enjoyed getting to know those and can't wait to go on more adventures with those in this cast of characters.
New Finish! Curses and Crosswords by Amy McNulty. Book 4 of the Spooky Games Club Mystery. ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was provided by the author has an ARC. However, the review is all mine.
Another great adventure with the residents of Luna Lane. This time on the road. I was fully engrossed in the story in this volume of the series. Things just keep getting better as the Luna Lane residents deal with the magical world politics. This time Dahlia is on the move which makes things even more interesting. Some parts of the story had be laughing, others had me scared, and others had my worried but no where along the trip was a bored or asking for more.
Another fun visit with the Luna Lane crew. This book had some heartfelt moments in it and draws you even future into the characters back stories. I really enjoyed this installment and can't wait to get back to Luna Lane in the next book in the series.
This story started out as a cute romance story. I knew where we were headed the two main characters but oh man, what a ride! The only complaint I have is I want to know more, I can't wait to continue this series! New favorite author!.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The first in the book and it filled me with trepidation as I don't normally read books with witches and things in it. However it shocked me. The book was a quick read and flowed very easily. One of the first YA books that I have read in a long time that was a complete page turner. These 2 girls think that Miri being a witch is the best thing in the world and turn to magic to help them in their every day lives and sometimes (most of the time) the consequences are not what they expect. I can't wait for the next one in this series.
Well it started off really slow, I didnt know what to think about it lol. But i would have to say a 4 out of a 5 all in all. It picked up pace continually and got to be a book i couldnt put down. I will definatley be looking for the next in the series.
Another very intriguing read in these series. A great mystery/thriller as usual. The series has yet to disappoint me.
Great series. However this book wasn't as good as the first. I hope the last book is better. A total must read tho. The main character in this book is one that you want to smack around a little in a couple of the of the points in the books.
This is the second book in the stephanie plum series. I had read the first one some time back so i got this one to see what all the hype was about. It was great!!!!!! I hear all this talk about Ranger in my groups but noooooooo id have to say morelli is more my speed :) and grandma mazur is just toooo funny. Stephanie couldnt get herself in more predictaments if she tried. I loved this book and love this series
ok stayed up all night reading this one lol. It was great. Love the series, but i just kept thinking to myself, Stephanie you dummy!!!!!! Morelli is hot and he wants you but you keep messing things up. I guess there are enough books in the series still for it to happen at least i can hope right lol
This is my fist ever ARC and boy was I excited to get it. Wasnt sure what to think of the book more then it sounds good and its unique. I have found lately that all young adult books have the same flow to them and i cant stand a book like that so I figured what the hay ill try it. Im glad i did it was awesome. Its the start of a trilogy and i can totally see this becoming a bestselling set at that. It was very unique in its plot and characters, the development was at the right pace, didnt rush through the details or stretch them out needlessly. The book had a great flow and became a page turner for me. I am sure that Ms. Archer will have a great fanbase on her hands after this book is realeased :)
I would have to say another hit by Evanovich. I loved it, they keep getting better and better!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a must read for everyone!
